Terms of service

I. General terms

  • Before commissioning me you must read and agree to the terms of service

  • I have the right to decline commission for any reason

  • I have the right to delay the commission if I’m busy and don’t have time

  • You should have reference/picture of your character

  • You and your OC must be 18 and older

II. Payments and pricing

  • To find out the commission prices, see the price list below the ToS

  • If you commission art with interaction of my character with yours, you pay for your character only, no price for my character

  • Payments are in USD

  • All payments must be processed via PayPal or Boosty

  • Payments must be done fully after I present the sketch of the commission

  • If you commissioned YCH - payment after finishing

  • Prices may depend on the complexity of character

  • I don’t make refunds

III. Process

  • Your idea for the commission must be described clearly and understandable

  • I will communicate with commissioner about progress of the commission (WIPs)

  • If you want to correct something, describe what to correct in 1-2 messages

  • After I complete the work, I will send you file(s) in a full resolution (PNG or JPEG) via Email or Telegram

IV. Rights

  • I have all the rights for the commissioned art

  • I can display art in my social media

  • Commissioner has the right to post the artwork (credits preferred)

  • Commissioner has the right to notify me to remain anonymous or not to post artwork

  • Commissioner is not allowed to remove watermark

  • Excrement

  • And other abnormal fetishes
